Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates with a strong work ethic to support day-to-day warehouse operations. Successful candidates will play an important role in maintaining efficient warehouse processes through receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and material movement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Crown material handling equipment (MHE), including: turret truck, walkie, counterbalance, and reach.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
• Receive, inspect, and store inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to complete transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
• Follow company procedures, warehouse processes, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and WMS, including SAP, is an asset.
• Electric Forklift certification and experience operating Crown equipment is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working collaboratively in a diverse environment.
