Production Coordinator - Customer Service

Support the automotive and aerospace industries in this exciting role! You will be working for a global company that has been in business for over 40 years. This is a convenient day shift position located in Mississauga.

Immediate Vacancy

• Pay: $22/hour
• Shift: 7 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday

Duties include:

• Communicating across departments to ensure that order requirements are met
• Working with the team to create a production schedule that is followed
• Answering inbound inquiries about order status
• Inspecting incoming parts
• Order entry
• Coordinating continuous improvement and efficiencies

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant customer service or production admin experience
• College degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• MS Office data entry experience
