At Carleton Place Ford, we are looking for a Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) to join our team.

As a key member of our service team, you will help deliver the high level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction our dealership is known for. The right candidate will be committed to efficient, accurate repairs and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

What you will do

• Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs as assigned
• Diagnose the source of mechanical and electrical malfunctions and complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Inspect vehicles to determine whether additional safety or maintenance work is required
• Perform road tests and safety inspections in accordance with applicable standards
• Communicate repair needs and technical findings clearly with Service Advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Contribute to shop productivity, repair quality, and an exceptional customer experience

What you bring

• Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Certificate of Qualification
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and technical repair ability
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean or acceptable driving record
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude with a positive, dependable work ethic
• ODP certification is an asset
• Ford experience is an asset, but not required
