Bold Electric is seeking an Electrical Operations Coordinator to support our growing Residential Division in Revelstoke, BC. This role is ideal for someone who wants to use their electrical knowledge and field experience in a leadership position while continuing to stay connected to projects, crews, and customers.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our projects are organized, efficient, profitable, and delivered to the high standards Bold Electric is known for.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with our field crews, clients, and leadership team, you'll help keep projects moving from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating daily and weekly crew schedules
• Ensuring projects are organized before crews arrive on site
• Coordinating materials, equipment, and procurement
• Monitoring project progress, timelines, and budgets
• Supporting Lead Electricians with technical and operational needs
• Conducting site visits and quality assurance reviews
• Building strong relationships with homeowners, builders, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and project delivery
• Supporting a safe, professional, and high-performing team culture

What We're Looking For

Required

• Journeyperson Electrician Certification
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
• Strong understanding of residential electrical construction
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Positive leadership style with a customer-first mindset

Considered an Asset

• Master Electrician Certification
• Project coordination or project management experience
• Experience scheduling field crews
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
• PMP designation or other project management training
