Overnight / Housekeeper

The Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club (“the Club”) is the city's premier racquets, fitness, and social Club. Located just a few minutes from downtown, the Club offers exceptional tennis, badminton, squash, fitness, and aquatics programming for over 4,000 members, along with a variety of social events with upscale-casual dining in 3 restaurants.

We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Overnight Housekeeper to join our team! Shifts are from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Approximately 3 shifts per week, including weekends, with a variable schedule based on business needs. This could grow based on vacation or holiday coverage needs.

We pride ourselves on providing effective and high-quality service to our members. We look for individuals who are committed team players and can be relied upon by others. The main duties include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms, locker rooms, including showers, vanities, toilets, and dusting ledges
• Dusting and vacuuming public spaces
• Glass cleaning
• Cleaning of squash courts
• Emptying garbage
• Assisting in setting up functions (moving furniture)

Wage: $22.86 per hour + premium for working overnights.

• 1 to 2 years' janitorial/cleaning experience
• Previous experience working in a private club or hotel is an asset
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Positive and hardworking attitude, reliable, and can be counted on
