About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will support sales growth through account management, prospecting, trade show support, and customer relationship development.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage small to mid-sized customer accounts
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Assist with customer follow-ups, quotations, and product inquiries
- Support outside sales initiatives and account growth strategies
- Coordinate and assist with trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers
- Work closely with the sales team on growth opportunities and territory support
- Assist with CRM updates, reporting, and sales administration
- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account support
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account coordination preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
- Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer meetings. Travel may be local, in Canada or internationally - driver's license and passport are required.
- Experience in tools, hardware, industrial, or distribution industries is considered an asset

Bonus Structure
Up to $2,000 annually
- Bonus is calculated and paidquarterly.
- There are two territory groupings, each evaluated separately.
Quarterly Bonus Criteria:
- If sales in a territory grouping exceed 115% of the quarterly sales target, a $250 bonus will be awarded for that grouping.
