  • Support governance processes by ensuring decisions are documented, tracked, and actioned through management

Financial oversight & internal controls

  • Support audit readiness and compliance by ensuring complete and consistent operational and financial documentation

Operational oversight across departments

  • Provide executive oversight to department leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality services and coordination across programs
  • Remove operational barriers, support service improvements, and ensure effective issue escalation and resolution
  • Oversee organizational risk management, business continuity, and emergency preparedness planning

  • Strong judgment, communication, report writing, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel as required
  • Familiarity with FNFMB/FAL principles (internal controls, delegation, audit readiness, policy compliance)
