Join the Armour Team Today! Position Overview: Armour Transportation is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth movement of equipment and freight while maintaining clear communication with drivers and internal teams. Location: Moncton, NBSchedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00pm - 5:00pm Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with departments, terminals, and customers to eliminate barriers in the movement of equipment and freight.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, ensuring they have the necessary paperwork and information to complete their tasks successfully.
• Support internal teams by addressing special circumstances and ensuring planning and revenue considerations are accounted for.
• Additional terminal specific duties as required.

• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and communicate effectively with groups.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to negotiate win-win solutions.

Key Skills:

• Familiarity with the Truck Mate system is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create reports using Word and Excel.
• Strong typing and computer skills.

• High volume of communication with customers and drivers via email, satellite, and phone.
