Full job description

Job Overview We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and construction, overseeing projects, and ensuring quality workmanship.

Duties - Supervise and coordinate construction projects - Manage a team of carpenters and laborers - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Read and interpret blueprints - Perform heavy lifting as needed - Utilize hand tools for various tasks - Conduct quality checks on completed work - Provide guidance and training to team members

Experience - Previous experience as a carpenter or in a similar role - Proficient in blueprint reading - Ability to perform heavy lifting - Knowledge of caulking techniques - Familiarity with hand tools and equipment - Strong leadership and communication skills - Maintenance Person skills are a plus
