Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Pay: $800-$1,200 per week on-target earnings (OTE).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various forms of in-person direct marketing, representing various partners through face-to-face interactions.
  • Inspire action by building genuine connections with people as you represent urgent causes, making every interaction an opportunity to create lasting, positive change.
  • Champion support by securing over 10 new monthly donors each week—your efforts directly fuel lifesaving programs and create measurable impact for those in urgent need.
  • Stand with leading charities like Trillium Health Partners, Save the Children, and Hope and Healing. Your dedication empowers these organizations to deliver their vital missions—bringing hope, resources, and real solutions to communities that need it most.
  • Process donor information accurately and keep detailed interaction records.


A typical day starts with a team huddle to review goals, celebrate successes, and energize the team. You'll spend most of the day actively engaging with the public at designated locations, introducing yourself, sharing stories about the causes you represent, and answering questions. You will work both independently and alongside teammates, moving between various community spots to reach new audiences. Throughout the day, you'll track your interactions and new donor sign-ups, and wrap up by sharing feedback and highlights with your team.

  • Previous experience in fundraising, customer service, marketing, or sales is an asset, but not required.
