We help customers find solutions that improve their daily lives — and we take pride in doing it well. We're growing our Vaughan team and looking for a motivated sales associate who enjoys working with people and taking ownership of their results.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right products for their needs
- Provide knowledgeable advice on our product range
- Process special orders and follow up with customers on arrivals
- Manage inventory counts and help maintain stock levels
- Hit and exceed personal sales targets (top performers earn well here)
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
- Work alongside a tight-knit team to deliver a great in-store experience
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communicator who's comfortable talking to a wide range of customers
- Comfortable in a hands-on environment — this role involves receiving stock and moving product
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent schedule including weekends
- Basic computer skills (point-of-sale, email, Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with home care, medical, or renovation products is a bonus

Schedule Monday–Friday + weekend availability required | Day and afternoon shifts | 8-hour shifts
