We are seeking a highly motivated Junior AI Solutions Engineer to help design, build, and optimize our first generation of AI-driven workflows and autonomous agents. In this role, you won't just be using AI as a chatbot—you will be treating AI as a component in broader software systems, connecting LLMs to internal data pipelines, APIs, and business systems. This is a hands-on opportunity for a builder passionate about navigating non-linear problems and adapting to the quickly evolving world of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Driven Workflow Development: Design, build, and maintain multi-step AI agent architectures and state-driven workflows that automate complex enterprise tasks.

• Tool & API Integration: Connect AI models to external tools, databases, and APIs via function calling, enabling agents to execute real-world actions safely.

• Context & Data Management: Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, focusing on text chunking strategies and semantic search to feed clean context to AI models.

• Guardrails & System Safety: Write deterministic code boundaries, error handling, and logical guardrails to prevent AI loops, hallucinations, and security vulnerabilities.

• Performance Optimization: Evaluate and monitor AI workflows for latency, accuracy, and API cost, implementing techniques like prompt caching and model routing.

• Collaboration: Work alongside business stakeholders to translate operational bottlenecks into technical AI blueprints and explain complex AI logic in plain English.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on portfolio experience).

• Core Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (the dominant language for AI orchestration) and standard software engineering practices (Git version control, APIs, and clean code documentation).

• AI Foundations: A solid understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought), and token limitations.

• Framework Exposure: Familiarity with, or a strong desire to learn, agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and vector databases.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: A high tolerance for ambiguity; comfort with debugging systems where the output isn't always identical every time.

• The “X-Factor”: A true builder at heart—show us your GitHub repos, hackathon builds, or those weekend side projects where you've been playing around with AI models!
