We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. Hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM to 4: 30 PM.
- Must be able to interpret architectural drawings, contract documents and specifications for stucco, siding and cladding (MAC Metal, Hardieboard, etc.)
- Estimation and project management
- Must be detail oriented and organized, able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently
- Experience using AI tools for takeoff and cost estimation is preferred
- Previous estimating experience using Planswift is a must
- Must have a car
No experience in building envelope estimation is a deal breaker. If you do not have at least the minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Estimator, your application will not be considered.
