Assembly / Shipper Receiver

Located in Calgary, we are looking for someone that has experience with hand tools and is eager to learn new things in assembly.

• Use hand and power tools to assemble mechanical and electrical components
• Follow simple diagrams and instructions to complete builds
• Bolt, screw, press, and fit parts together
• Perform basic product testing
• Assist with shipping and receiving, packing, labeling, and organizing parts and materials (no forklift required)
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized
• Support and collaborate with a small team

• Set up and adjust manufacturing equipment such as laser welders, crimpers, and measuring tools
• Electrical and mechanical assembly techniques
• Read technical drawings and materials lists
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job
• Advanced testing methods and continuous improvement practices

• Comfortable using hand tools and eager to learn assembly
• Strong English reading, writing, and comprehension
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Reliable with excellent attendance (critical in a small team)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Previous assembly or mechanical experience is an asset but not required
