Quality Control Inspector

Who We're Looking for?

NapSteel seeks an experienced and motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team. This role will be a permanent, full-time position and is located at our Surrey branch.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality inspections (visual and structural) of the products to ensure product compliance
• Identify documents and report any deviations from quality standards (NCR), including physical and chemical tests of product.
• Communicate quality issues to relevant departments and provide input of corrective measures
• Improve and maintain quality control procedures and guidelines
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Experience in the inspection of steel pipe products and quality control inspection
• Meticulous attention to detail is required
• Organized, efficient and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated & able to problem solve within a fast paced, constantly growing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable and a team player
