About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Truck Electrical Technician / Assembler to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrical professional with strong vehicle wiring and troubleshooting experience to work on custom truck builds, electrical integration, and system diagnostics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate will have experience wiring and troubleshooting trucks, commercial vehicles, automotive systems, or specialty equipment. Candidates with strong automotive electrical experience, including vehicle upfitting, truck electrical systems, or even advanced car audio installation, are encouraged to apply.

- Install, wire, and integrate electrical systems on trucks and equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Build and install wiring harnesses, control panels, and junction boxes

- Perform electrical system integration and functional testing
- Pull and follow OEM wiring diagrams and truck manuals to complete installations and repairs
- Collaborate with mechanical and production teams throughout the build process
- Maintain quality standards, documentation, and safe work practices
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in truck, automotive, vehicle, or equipment electrical assembly and wiring
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience installing, wiring, and troubleshooting vehicle electrical systems
- Experience with electrical controls, relays, switches, sensors, and control modules
- Knowledge of 12V and 24V electrical systems
- Experience fabricating and installing electrical harnesses
- Strong electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
