Job Requirements:
- Co-ordinate daily movements of product with sales and customers.
- Confirm product availability.
- Load building in the JDE system.
- Co-ordinate with warehouse for orders with fittings.
- Generate the required paperwork (e.g., Bill of Lading, customs paperwork, pro forma).
- Pre-call customers (as required) before shipment.
- Data entry as required in JDE DSI.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Conduct training of other employees as assigned.
- Emails and phone calls to customer service.
- Research into PO issues and complete corrections.
- Tracking POD.
