This inside sales representative will be responsible for performing or supervising the following duties.

• Meet customer's requirements when promised in an effective and professional manner.
• Manage customer issues and service to corporate standards.
• Efficiently execute store processes, including warehousing, shipping, and receiving, customer deliveries, order entry, and invoicing.
• Maintain strong relationships and teamwork.
• Create customer loyalty by providing an environment where customers plan to use and recognize DNOW as their preferred supplier.
• Continuously maintain excellent product knowledge on DNOW product lines.
• Demonstrate and promote a safe work environment for all employees, customers, and other DNOW partners, using company safety policies and procedures.
• Prioritize and handle other duties within the branch as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in oilfield supply store is an asset.
• Knowledge of oilfield pumps, valves, and fittings is an asset.
• Basic computer literacy, capability to use SAP is desirable.
• Customer focused with driven results.
• Availability for on call rotation (evening and weekends when necessary)

· Valid full Class 5 Drivers License and acceptable Drivers Abstract
