Production Welder

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Welder to join our team in Concord. The successful candidate will have extensive experience performing high-quality welding in a production environment and be proficient in GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) processes.

Responsibilities

✔ Perform production welding using GMAW and FCAW methods
✔ Read and interpret welding drawings and specifications
✔ Ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards
✔ Inspect completed welds for accuracy and defects
✔ Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
✔ Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

✔ Minimum 6 years of welding experience
✔ Strong experience with GMAW (MIG) and FCAW welding processes
✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔ Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
