Digital Storytelling & Content Producer

We are looking for a highly creative and driven Social Media Content Producer to help tell the story of our people, culture, growth, and success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating engaging content, and understands how to leverage social media and AI tools to build brand awareness, attract top talent, and support business growth.

This is not a traditional social media management role. We are looking for someone who can identify compelling stories, create high-impact content, and turn everyday business moments into engaging digital assets that showcase what makes Billyard Insurance Group different.

You will work closely with leadership, top-performing brokers, and team members across the organization to create content that strengthens our brand, supports recruiting efforts, and highlights our entrepreneurial culture.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Production & Storytelling

• Film and produce short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Capture content at the office, company events, meetings, training sessions, conferences, and community activities

• Follow leadership and top producers to document real business moments, success stories, wins, challenges, and growth initiatives

• Create recruiting-focused content designed to attract high-quality brokers, sales professionals, and future leaders

• Produce culture content that highlights our people, values, growth, and entrepreneurial environment

• Conduct interviews with team members, leaders, and top performers

• Work closely with leadership to identify content opportunities and execute quickly

• Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent content output across all platforms

Video Editing & Distribution

• Edit videos with captions, graphics, music, transitions, strong hooks, and calls to action

• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets

• Create platform-specific content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

• Manage publishing schedules and content distribution

AI-Powered Content Creation

• Leverage AI tools to dramatically increase content production and efficiency

• Use platforms such as Higgsfield AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Midjourney, CapCut AI, Descript, and emerging AI tools

• Create AI-enhanced video, image, graphic, and written content

• Develop systems and workflows that allow one piece of content to be transformed into dozens of assets

• Continuously test and implement new AI tools and technologies that improve content quality, reach, and production speed

Success in This Role

The ideal candidate can spend the morning filming a leadership meeting, the afternoon creating recruiting content, and use AI tools to turn a single hour of footage into dozens of pieces of content distributed across multiple platforms.

We are looking for someone who thinks like a content producer, storyteller, and content entrepreneur—not someone who simply records videos or manages social media accounts.

Compensation: $60,000–$90,000 + bonus opportunities based on content production, engagement, and recruiting impact.
