This is hands-on work that builds something real.

What Youll Do
- Assist with the production of precast concrete products
- Perform cleaning, pouring, finishing, and general labour tasks
- Work hands-on with tools, materials, and forming systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow direction while contributing to overall production goals
- Troubleshoot issues and raise them to the supervisor
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Work independently or as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment
- Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation
- Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Physically able to perform demanding work for extended periods
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet all day
- Comfortable working at heights with proper safety equipment
- Able to work in a fast-paced, production environment
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Assets
- Experience in construction or precast concrete
- CSTS certification
- Experience using hand and power tools

The position is based in Blackfalds, Alberta, working in the company’s manufacturing facility.
This is a permanent, full-time, year-round position with a Monday to Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays as needed.
