Executive Director - LTC Full-time- Brandon, MB

We are seeking a dynamic, people-first Executive Director to lead a well-established long-term care home in Winnipeg. This leader will be responsible for overall operations, team leadership, quality of care, and driving a strong, engaged workplace culture.


Responsibilities

  • Lead LTC growth strategy and drive regional revenue targets.

  • Own end-to-end pipeline ownership from prospecting to closing.

  • Forecast revenue accurately and manage resources to meet targets.

  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned with growth goals.

  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve targets.

  • Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery.

  • Identify market opportunities and propose new initiatives for growth.

  • Collaborate with product and operations to optimize delivery timelines.

  • Represent the company professionally at industry events and meetings.

  • Uphold company values, ethics, and compliance in all activities.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leading LTC growth and regional revenue growth.

  • End-to-end sales ownership from prospecting to closing with forecast accuracy.

  • Data-driven KPI tracking and analytics to inform strategy.

  • Strong relationship management with executive-level clients and stakeholders.

  • Territory planning aligned with defined growth goals and metrics.

  • Leadership of cross-functional teams to meet targets and timelines.

  • Exceptional client service delivery with high satisfaction standards.

  • Ability to identify market opportunities and propose new initiatives.
