Site Carpenter

Homes By Sorensen is a custom home builder, we build in the inner city of Calgary and are looking for a Site Carpenter to join our team. We are looking to fill this role with somebody who has both finish carpentry and framing experience. We need someone who is particular and wants to do a really good job. The applicant must work well by themselves while enjoying being part of a team. We ideally want to hire someone that has experience in residential home building but is excited to learn more. We are looking for an applicant that has experience dealing with customers and can take on organizing warranty repairs with trades and the customer. The job description of this role is such;

- Finish carpentry tasks at possession stage

- Framing decks, fences and basement developmentsg

- Any small task needed to bridge gaps between trades

- Keeping sites clean and organized

- Leading warranty repairs, and dealing with clients after possession
