Experienced Reach Truck Operator (Reverse steering experience a must)

Location: Courtneypark/Dixie

Shift: 1:30pm-9:30pm

Rate: $27.50/hr

Duties/Requirements:

- Comfortable driving in tight spaces. (Warehouse is set up with 10' aisles)

- RF experience (SAP WMS preferably)

- Flexible to work over time if needed.

- 2 Years experience of Raymond Reach

Shipping Receiving requiring Manufacturing experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Count and/or measure all incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices and/or packing slips.

• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with the inventory group to rectify/claim for damages and shortages.

• Operate forklift or use hand truck to move, convey or hoist shipments from the shipping-receiving area to a storage or work area.

• Ensure accurate and timely information is provided to sales, purchasing, production, and Management teams.

• Assist with location maintenance and cycle counts when required.

• Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Tasks:

•Works with material handlers to ensure received product is located appropriately within the Plant

•Verify customer returns

•Match goods to R/A (return authorization) and communicate to Sales and Customer Service

Professional Qualifications & Skills:

•Previous experience working in receiving is required

•Experience with Counterbalance, Raymond Reach is preferred and an asset

•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

•Experience using an ERP system is required

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Counterbalance and Reach truck with Clamp experience

Days:Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm

Friday 7:00am-1:00pm)

Afternoons: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-1:00am

Fridays – 1:30pm- 8:30pm

Rate:$24.00-$24.50/hr

Location: 401 & Hurontario

Start Date: ASAP

Lift truck experience

- 2 years experience operating lift truck with box clamp attachment an asset

- Must be Counterbalance and Raymond reach certified

- Operated lift truck that uses natural gas as its fuel source and is familiar with refueling process

- Possess a valid lift truck operator license and is able to produce test results from a reputable training school.

Safety

- Has participated on a company sponsored safety committee

- Provide proof of receiving any safety awards

- Must pass pre-screening test. Familiar with the safety aspects associated with the loading and unloading of trailers

Work experience

- Familiar with how basic locator systems work

- Strong background in bulk order picking using lift trucks with clamp attachments

- Familiar with picking and shipping requirements of Wal-Mart, Target, Toys R Us and Sears.

- Able to maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Attitude

- Able to project a professional and mature attitude using: body language, verbal communication and emotional intelligence.

- Able to clearly communicate their expectations for this job assignment

- Able to receive and understand instructions.

- Willingly adapts to changing tasks and shifting work assignments

Counter Balance and CROWN Reach:

Looking for Crown Reach/Counter Balance Operator

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hr

Shifts: day shift 8am to 4:30pm

· Moving Small and Large auto parts and moving large automotive bins)

· Must be able to use the RF scanner + be very computer literate

· lead hand experience/very reliable

· Minimum 2 years of operating experience

Counter Balance Forklift nights $19.50 / hr

Nights: 11:00pm-7am

Position: Counterbalance

Wage: $19.50

Location: Mississauga

Required experience

- At least two years of experience operating a forklift

- Possess a valid Counterbalance operator license

- Able to understand and follow instructions.

- Desire to work overtime

- Good attendance is essential

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Must be okay to work with pop, sugar, beer, liquor

- Must be okay with the smell of seasoning in the air
