What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks as a licensed 310T Technician
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic software and tools as a 310T
- Repair diesel engines, drivetrains, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems to 310T standards
- Complete safety inspections and service documentation in line with 310T requirements
- Utilize OEM manuals and technical repair information for complex diagnostics as a 310T Lead Mechanic
- Communicate repair findings and updates with service team and customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in OEM and in-house training programs to maintain 310T Technician certification standards
- Support shop efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (310T required)
- Minimum 10 years of heavy-duty truck repair experience as a 310T Technician
- Strong experience working in a 310T Lead Mechanic or senior technician capacity
- Valid G Class driver's license with clean abstract
- Own set of professional hand tools
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills as a 310T Technician
- Experience with computerized diagnostic systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Diesel engine diagnostics and repair
