We are looking for a reliable, detail‐oriented team member to support our customer service and administrative operations.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and assist with basic inquiries
- Answer phones and schedule service appointments
- Advise customers on how to access and use their manufacturer warranty
- Coordinate service claims through manufacturers and the customer
- Enter and update inventory data (pricing, stock, product info)
- Maintain accurate SKU, model, and serial number records
- Keep in‐store signage and product tags up to date
- Forward documents and information to bookkeeping
- Support management with general administrative tasks

- Experience in retail, customer service, or office admin is an asset

This is a full-time position located in Fredericton, NB with a Monday–Friday schedule.
