The Role

As Director of Finance, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, overseeing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance. You will help shape financial strategy, improve business processes, and support organizational growth while developing a high-performing finance team.

The successful candidate will bring a combination of strong technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capability, with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the organization's finance and accounting functions
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Partner with operational and executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives and long-term growth
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
• Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and reporting capabilities
• Support organizational initiatives, systems enhancements, and process improvement projects
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements

What You Bring

• CPA designation (or equivalent professional accounting designation)
• Progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
• Strong technical accounting and financial management expertise
• Experience supporting business operations in a complex organizational environment
• Demonstrated success leading teams and driving process improvements
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with ERP systems and financial technology solutions is considered an asset
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment
