We are currently recruiting for a Metal Fabricator for our London-based client! Our client is looking for reliable, dedicated candidates to add to their team. Pay Rate: $28.00/hr

Shifts Available: 7:00am to 4:00pm

Start Date: Asap

Job duties include:

Fabricate metal using detailed drawing plans, and/or other documents that pertain to the manufacture and erection of steel members, stairs, guardrails, and structural steel.
Working with welding processes such as MIG and TIG welding.
Working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Ability to setup and operate welding and metal shaping equipment including but not limited to saws (cold saw and band saw), shear, brake, grinders, notches, rollers, drill press, and flame torch cutter.

Qualifications:

Ensure all tasks are performed within allotted time and in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
Grinding and finishing complete product.
Provide basic maintenance to welding and forming equipment.
Ability to operate a Forklift.
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
Recognize any changes in drawings and communicate such changes to project managers and detailers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work in a team environment and under minimum supervision.
Must be analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and have an outstanding ability to multitask.
