Production Associate

Ready to get hands-on and be part of a fast-paced manufacturing team? We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join as Production Associates. This is a great opportunity to build experience, stay active on the job, and be part of a team that keeps production moving every day.

In this role, you'll be directly involved in bringing products to life from start to finish. Your day may include:

• Assembling and producing products based on work orders and specifications
• Operating production equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient way
• Handling materials and finished products (may include industrial components, liquids, or cast parts depending on the area)
• Performing quality checks to make sure products meet standards
• Supporting machine operators and helping your team stay on track
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Following all workplace safety and WHMIS guidelines
• Assisting with general labour and warehouse tasks as needed

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Comfortable with standing for long periods and performing physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Team player with good communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
