Senior IT Support Specialist

Our client is a trusted Managed IT Services provider dedicated to supporting dental professionals with high-quality IT solutions and onsite services. As they continue to expand, they are seeking experienced leaders to help guide their technical teams. We are looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support while leading and mentoring the help desk team. Immediate Hire Salary Schedule: - Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 - Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Evening phone support (rotational): up to 8:00 PM, shared across the team - Saturday on-call: once per month (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM) What They Offer: - Paid vacation - Benefits after 3 months - Work/life balance - Career growth opportunities - Supportive and growing team environment Responsibilities: - Provide senior-level troubleshooting for complex IT issues in dental environments - Support dental software, systems, and network infrastructure - Lead and mentor junior support staff - Oversee ticket resolution and ensure high service standards - Improve team processes and workflows - Participate in rotating after-hours support (up to 8 PM) - Provide Saturday on-call support (1 week/month, 9 AM-12 PM) Qualifications: - Must have extensive experience supporting dental offices (required) - Proven experience in a senior or lead IT support role - Advanced troubleshooting and technical expertise - Strong leadership and mentoring skills - Experience with help desk systems (ConnectWise is an asset) - Excellent communication and client relationship skills Please submit your resume in Word or pdf.
