Production Welder

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring an experienced and certified GMAW Welder for a full-time opportunity. We are looking for a motivated and independent individual with strong structural and high-production welding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform GMAW (MIG) welding for high-production quantities
• Multi-pass welding on structural components
• Weld structural components including tubes, beams, angles, and plates
• Tack components using fixtures and jigs
• Maintain high volume output with repetitive production runs (500+ parts)
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot welding machines, gas, wire feed, and settings
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
• Use measuring tools accurately
• Perform welding in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions
• Clean and prepare weld joints/workpieces
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of high-production welding experience
• Minimum 10 years of structural welding experience
• Valid CWB certification for GMAW or FCAW
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
