We are looking for a skilled, reliable Handyman to support maintenance and renovation work across multiple properties. Travel between Kingston, ON and Kawartha Lakes is required. You must be ready to start immediately.
What You'll Be Doing
- Tiling — installation, repair, and removal
- Plumbing — fixing faucets, replacing shut-off valves, minor pipe repairs
- Painting, priming, and sanding surfaces to a professional finish
- Minor carpentry and wood repairs
- Operating power tools (circular saws, drills, nail guns, etc.)
- Drywall patching and painting
- General property maintenance and damage assessment
- Travelling to job sites — overnight stays may be required (up to 10 days)
Requirements
- Very good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must own a reliable vehicle — travel to Kingston & Kawartha Lakes required
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance or trade experience
- Comfortable using power tools safely and effectively
- Must supply own basic tools and drill
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Valid Ontario G License with clean driver's abstract
- Able to work independently and take initiative
