Are you a sales-driven Insurance Broker who enjoys building relationships, closing business, and growing a strong book of clients?

WellCare Insurance Oakville is looking for a motivated, RIBO-licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This role is best suited for someone who is confident in sales, consistent with follow-up, and eager to build long-term client relationships.

We are looking for someone who enjoys generating opportunities, working leads, building a pipeline, and converting prospects into loyal clients. If you are proactive, organized, and motivated to grow in a commission-based sales environment, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Generate new business and close sales
Follow up on leads quickly and consistently
Recommend the right Home, Auto, Business, and Travel Insurance solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Cross-sell and up-sell where appropriate
Manage your pipeline and stay organized with follow-ups
Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

What We're Looking For

Active RIBO license required
Strong sales mindset and self-motivation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up
Comfortable working in a commission-based role
Insurance sales experience is a strong asset
OTL licensed candidates are also encouraged to apply
