Career Opportunity

CSN Brimell Paint and Collision a member of Drive Auto Group, is currently looking for Licensed Auto Body Technician to join our team! As an Auto Body Technician, you will use your skills to restore damaged vehicles to their original structural integrity, function, and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Work in sync with the estimator for accurate efficient estimates
• Knowledge & identification of parts
• Set a realistic time frame for completion and follow thru
• Job planning for efficiency
• Following up & inspecting parts ( damaged, incorrect)
• Perform the repairs as per the industry standards in the most efficient way and keeping the customers safety a top priority
• Experience in correct repairs on unibody structured and full frame vehicles
• Proper procedures as per manufacturers' recommendation for replacement of structural and sheet metal panels
• Experience in repairs with High strength steel, high strength low Allow Steel, Aluminum, Sheet Moulded Compound, Fiberglass and Urethane.
• Continuing training with I-Car courses
• Team player

Qualifications

• Ontario Auto Body Repair License
• 3rd apprentice considered
• Valid driver's license
• Familiar with Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Standards
• Able to work in a safe organized and professional manner with others.
• Participate in solving any daily challenges which may arise
• Participate in a positive team atmosphere
• Able to communicate, understand, read and write in English at a level needed to meet job-related tasks and safety requirements.
