Lube Technician

The Lube Technician performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. This role is essential in maintaining the performance and reliability of our customers' vehicles through routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations.

Given the nature of this role, select candidates will be required to complete a brief video submission as the first stage of our hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes and filter replacements in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct fluid level checks and top-ups, including transmission, brake, and coolant fluids.
• Rotate tires and conduct visual inspections to identify potential issues.
• Complete basic vehicle inspections and report any additional maintenance or repair needs to senior technicians.
• Replace air and oil filters.
• Check and adjust pressure of tires.
• Rotate, repair, and replace tires, when necessary.
• Follow company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
• Comply with required health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing tires and oil changes
• Solid understanding of automotive industry
• Basic mechanical skills
• Ability to lift tires and other heavy equipment
• Good visual acuity to assess work performance
• Apprentice Technicans welcomed
