What You Will Do
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and finding the best solutions for our clients.
- Open, update, and maintain detailed customer accounts and records.
- Conduct online research using our proprietary databases to price product selections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
What You Bring
- A fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook are mandatory.
- A background in hospitality, customer service, or marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities, an eye for quality, and basic math proficiency.
- Ready to work a full-time, strictly on-site schedule (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).
- Bilingual (English/French) candidates and those with promotional industry experience will be given preference.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (with future earning potential of $40k–$75k/year).
