Upcoming Position Working with an industry leading transportation and supply chain solutions company, you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns requests. This role reports to the Customer Care Specialist Manager. The incumbent takes charge of the entire CS process to ensure all shipments are complete and will meet deadlines.
