Operations Manager

Our client, in the injection molding industry, has an immediate opening for an Operations Manager. The client places a high emphasis on Safety Compliance, Customer Experience, and Lean Operations. The successful candidate will bring stories that demonstrate their ability to deliver in these 3 critical areas. You are one who leads by example, providing direction and coaching. ERP and Excel skills are at intermediate to advanced level. We are interested in candidates with a Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business. Immediate vacancy Base compensation $100,000 to $110,000 + annual bonus Benefits from day one! Key areas of responsibility: - Maintain an active presence within production areas to observe workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive corrective actions in real time - Track key performance measures such as output, waste, and workforce productivity, implementing improvements to achieve and exceed performance targets - Work closely with scheduling and planning teams to deliver on time per customer expectations - Oversee shifts to ensure production targets are achieved with product quality maintained - Champion a proactive safety-first mindset across all production areas, fostering an environment where risk prevention is top of mind in daily routines - Committed to a team based work environment personal and team accountability What you bring: - Minimum of 5 years of production leadership in high-pace manufacturing, preferably in injection molding. - Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business or equivalent experience - Advanced use of ERP and Excel - Strategic leadership experience in addition to 'walking the floor' leadership Please respond to this posting with a copy of your resume in Word or PDF format.
