Customer Service Print Industry

This growing printing company is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Coordinator to support sales and production teams. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and staying organized, and have flexographic experience, that's a big plus! LabelTraxx experience is required.

Location: Scarborough, ON

Pay Scale: $20-$25 (based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Immediate Vacancy - temporary with long term potential

What We're Looking For

- Experience with Label Traxx

- 2+ years of customer service, admin, or office experience within the printing industry

- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to juggle deadlines

- Comfortable with phone, email, and office systems (flexographic printing experience is a bonus)

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude

- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and data entry skills

What You'll Do

- Enter and manage customer orders accurately

- Coordinate jobs from pricing and artwork through production and delivery

- Keep customers in the loop on order status

- Answer questions and help resolve any order issues

- Support the sales team and keep records organized
