Automotive Mechanic

We are currently seeking a skilled Red Seal Automotive Service Technician to join a well-established and reputable facility in Richmond, BC! Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pmKey Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles (domestic and import).
• Conduct inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance services (oil changes, tire services, alignments, etc.).
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and repair orders.
• Provide professional recommendations to service advisors and customers.

Qualifications:

• Red Seal Automotive Service Technician Certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive repair.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in English.
