Administrative Assistant & Event Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant & Event Coordinator is a highly organized, service-oriented professional who plays a vital role in supporting the Advancement team and fostering meaningful engagement across the GNS community. In this dynamic position, you will provide administrative support to the Advancement Office while leading the planning and execution of a variety of donor, parent and community events. From coordinating key stakeholder meetings and preparing confidential materials to managing event logistics and creating exceptional guest experiences, you will help strengthen relationships that advance the mission of the school.
