About Us
Sleep disorders affect millions of Canadians, yet many remain undiagnosed and untreated. Obstructive Sleep Apnea alone impacts an estimated 5.4 million adults nationwide, and early detection is critical to preventing serious health complications.
SleepWorks Medical was founded with the mission to provide patients with accessible, high-quality diagnostic testing and treatment for sleep disorders, improving outcomes one patient at a time.
SleepWorks Medical is a division of WELL Health Technologies (TSX: WELL), an innovative technology-enabled healthcare company that owns and operates Canada's largest network of outpatient medical clinics. Enrolled in the Diagnostic Accreditation Program (DAP) supervised by the College of Physicians and Surgeons, SleepWorks operates over 20 clinic locations across the Lower Mainland, offering patients a full spectrum of sleep apnea diagnosis, treatment options, and superior aftercare.

- Patient Education & Equipment Fitting: Educate patients on the proper use of CPAP/BiPAP devices and related equipment, demonstrate fitting and usage, and coach patients on therapy compliance and lifestyle adjustments to improve sleep quality.
- Consultative Sales: Guide patients through available treatment options with empathy and professionalism, recommending solutions that align with their clinical needs. Contribute to practice growth by achieving unit sales targets.
- Clinical Collaboration: Partner with referring physicians, clinic staff, and fellow practitioners across multiple locations to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with healthcare regulations and DAP accreditation standards.
- Multi-Site Coverage: Travel to various SleepWorks clinic locations across the Lower Mainland (including Coquitlam, Richmond, and surrounding areas) on a rotating schedule. A vehicle is required; gas and car allowance are provided.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and inventory of respiratory and diagnostic equipment to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
- Insurance & Benefits Support: Assist patients in understanding their extended healthcare benefits and insurance coverage as it relates to sleep apnea treatment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between clinic locations across the Lower Mainland.
- Knowledge of sleep apnea pathology, diagnostic procedures, and treatment modalities.
