NDC Construction is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Direct site operations, personnel, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Identify challenges and implement effective solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
- Complete project reporting and documentation requirements.
- Support and maintain COR (Certificate of Recognition) safety program requirements (training provided).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a qualified Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong civil construction background.
- Extensive experience reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License required.
- Ability and willingness to travel and work out of town, including projects throughout Northern Manitoba and Northern Ontario.
- Relevant industry certifications and training are considered an asset.
