Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet all guests, ensuring an inviting and positive first impression.
• Efficiently manage guest flow, especially during high-volume periods, to maintain a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
• Process payments accurately and professionally using various methods (cash, credit, debit), ensuring a seamless checkout process.
• Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction, proactively addressing needs and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate effectively with the breakfast team to maintain operational excellence and guest contentment.
• Support overall restaurant operations as directed by the Supervisor/Manager, contributing to team success.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to exercise excellent public and customer relations skills.
• Capable of working effectively in a dynamic, high-volume environment while maintaining composure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• A collaborative spirit, thriving as an integral part of a team.
• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Reliable commute to Niagara Falls, ON (L2G 3L7) or plans to relocate before starting work.
