Snowstorm Technologies is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Vancouver.

Snowstorm is a global travel technology company powering innovative booking, loyalty, rewards, and travel solutions for some of the worlds leading brands. As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a marketing leader who can elevate our brand, drive demand generation, and help position Snowstorm as a recognized leader in travel technology. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience in B2B technology, travel, hospitality, loyalty, or SaaS marketing. You will work closely with executive leadership, sales, product, and partner teams to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support Snowstorms continued expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Snowstorm Technologies overall marketing strategy to support company growth and revenue objectives.
  • Lead demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media channels.
  • Create compelling content including case studies, white papers, webinars, presentations, sales collateral, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives with hotel, loyalty, travel, and strategic technology partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs, ROI, pipeline contribution, and lead generation metrics.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, freelancers, and marketing partners.
  • Support industry events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and speaking engagements.
  • Oversee Snowstorms websites to ensure content is current, aligned with brand standards, optimized for SEO, and driving qualified business opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and quality control across all digital and marketing channels.
  • Monitor website performance, traffic, and user engagement using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, product, and partner teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption and growth of Snowstorms product portfolio, including:
    • onePROMOTE Social Media Marketing Platform
    • oneCORPORATE Corporate Travel Booking Solution
    • oneCLUB Loyalty and Membership Platform
    • oneWIDGET B2B and B2C Booking Engine
    • oneLOYALTY Loyalty Rewards and Engagement Platform
  • Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights to strengthen Snowstorms market position.
  • Contribute to annual marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or any related field
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior marketing role.
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, travel technology, hospitality, or loyalty marketing.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing travel technology, loyalty programs, hotel distribution, booking engines, rewards platforms, or hospitality technology solutions.
  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS products and enterprise software solutions.
  • Familiarity with the travel, hospitality, airline, hotel, or loyalty industries.
  • Experience supporting strategic partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, and channel marketing programs.
