PROJECT COORDINATOR (LANDSCAPING) M. Davis Landscape & Design Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will play a key role in supporting our Project Management team and ensuring the smooth administrative flow of projects from initiation to completion. This includes project setup, scheduling resources, and coordinating communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Set up and maintain project files and documentation * Assist with scheduling crews, equipment, and materials * Coordinate communication between project managers, clients, suppliers, and field staff * Track project progress and update internal systems * Support procurement and ordering of materials as required * Perform general administrative tasks to support project execution Qualifications & Requirements * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * High attention to detail * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving skills and initiative Assets * 1-2+ years of administrative experience * Experience in landscaping and/or construction industries Compensation & Benefits * Competitive wages ($24-$30 per hour, based on experience) * Full-time position * Monday- Friday (in-office)
