Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Platform Operations Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support platform operations, production stability, incident management, and enterprise service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support platform operations across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, citizen services applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom services.
• Monitor platform health, availability, and operational performance.
• Manage incidents, problem resolution, and change management activities.
• Support telecom network operations, customer platforms, and 5G environments.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and operational automation solutions.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Platform Operations Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, or telecom customer platforms.
• Strong experience in platform operations, production support, and incident management.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational tooling.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms and platform technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Platform, Cloud, or IT Operations certifications preferred.
