Job Title: Program Manager

Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple related projects, align strategic objectives, and ensure successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects within a strategic program portfolio.
• Develop and oversee program plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Monitor program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business goals.
• Support enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Drive governance, reporting, and performance management activities.
• Facilitate communication among senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Track benefits realization and program outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing programs within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
• Strong program governance and portfolio management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
• PMP or PgMP certification is an asset.
