Job Title: Agile Scrum Master
Location: Edmonton, AB
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile delivery, support product teams, and help organizations achieve Agile excellence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile delivery for customer, citizen, and patient-focused initiatives.
• Support Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile delivery models.
• Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align business priorities.
• Support digital transformation, modernization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate Agile teams delivering enterprise applications and digital platforms.
• Track delivery metrics and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Remove impediments and resolve delivery challenges.
• Ensure Agile practices align with governance and compliance requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an Agile Scrum Master within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise application and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with business, technology, and operational stakeholders.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and delivery challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Agile certification preferred.
