Job Title: SAFe Delivery Lead
Location: Edmonton, AB
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced SAFe Delivery Lead with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise Agile delivery and support large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAFe delivery initiatives supporting enterprise transformation programs.
• Coordinate Agile teams delivering customer, citizen, and patient-focused solutions.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and governance-driven initiatives.
• Facilitate PI Planning, ART events, and delivery governance activities.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align delivery objectives.
• Monitor program health, delivery metrics, and strategic outcomes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation processes.
• Support modernization and enterprise platform initiatives.
• Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure successful execution of complex enterprise programs.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a SAFe Delivery Lead within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
• Strong experience leading enterprise Agile delivery initiatives.
• Knowledge of SAFe, Lean, Agile, and program delivery frameworks.
• Experience supporting modernization and digital transformation programs.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing enterprise-level delivery risks and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
• SAFe Agilist, SAFe RTE, or equivalent certification preferred.
